How do I create a chart?

Go to the "Start Analysis" page, enter your name, date and time of birth. The system will automatically generate your chart and analysis report.

How do I purchase credits?

Go to "Profile" and tap "Top Up". You can purchase credits through in-app purchase. Credits are used to unlock advanced analysis features.

Can I get a refund?

Consumed credits or generated analysis reports are non-refundable. If services were not properly delivered due to technical issues, please contact us.

How do I delete my account?

Please email contact@nuralog.ai with the subject "Delete Account". We will process your request after verifying your identity.
